Succession Resource Group (SRG), a leading M&A advisor in the investment advisory space, needed a more structured and automated approach to managing their HR workflows, onboarding/offboarding, compensation tracking, and integrations. Their existing processes lacked efficiency, leading to manual workarounds, compliance concerns, and difficulties in tracking employee updates and benefits.
SRG wanted a fully optimized HR system within Rippling, with seamless workflows for hiring, offboarding, compensation management, benefits tracking, time-off policies, and app integrations. They also sought to enhance automation, improve notifications for payroll and benefits updates, and sync employee milestones with Office 365.
To meet SRG’s needs, we implemented and optimized Rippling’s HRIS, workflow automation, and compensation tracking tools.
